Welcome to Valencia Discover / CityDiscover. By using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Valencia Discover / CityDiscover is a mobile application that allows users to explore and discover points of interest through a geolocation system, recording visits and unlocking achievements. The application offers both free-access routes and premium routes. Premium routes may require an access code or payment of a fee indicated within the route.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the application only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not attempt to manipulate the geolocation system or spoof your location.
Not use offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate usernames.
Not attempt unauthorized access to the application's systems or data.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content in the application, including but not limited to text, designs, logos, and icons, is the property of DreamHat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any content from the application without prior written authorization.

5. Third-Party Establishment Information

Information about establishments included in the application is provided for informational purposes only and is based on public sources or content provided by third parties. Valencia Discover does not necessarily maintain a contractual relationship with the establishments included in the routes.

Images used belong to their respective authors and are used with the corresponding authorization or under applicable licenses.

Valencia Discover does not guarantee the ongoing accuracy or currency of the information displayed, which may be changed by the establishments themselves. We are not responsible for the accuracy of opening hours, prices, or other characteristics of establishments.

6. Creator Content and Collaborations

Part of the application's content, including routes and places, is created and published by independent content creators who operate through our creator portal. DreamHat is not responsible for content published by third-party creators.

The inclusion of establishments in routes does not constitute a personal recommendation or imply a commercial agreement, unless expressly stated. Where collaborations or sponsored content exist, these will be clearly identified in accordance with applicable advertising regulations.

7. User Accounts

You may create an account using a device identifier (anonymous access) or by linking your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
Users are responsible for their own physical safety when visiting locations.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the application Settings.

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
